Espace au 1er étage d'un immeuble charmant dans le 3ème arrondissement de Paris.
Celui-ci vient d'être rénové, il est donc très propre, prêt à recevoir événements et public. Les murs sont tous blancs.
Nous proposons de plus divers services dans l'espace via nos partenaires, dont la location de meuble et leurs déplacements.
L'espace se situe près de nombreuses galeries d'art et différentes boutiques, mais aussi quelques commerces de bouches et bureaux.
Les heures d'ouvertures de l'espace sont de 10h à 21h (22 le week-end). Toutes demandes additionnelles comme du ménage, un service de sécurité ou tout autre élément susceptible de vous intéresser est envisageable via nos partenaires.
Un chèque de caution non encaissable de 3000 euros est demandé pour tout évènement d'une durée inférieure à une semaine. Pour tout évènement d'une durée d'une semaine ou plus, un chèque ou un virement de 3000 euros de caution sera demandé.

Space on the 1st floor of a charming building in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.
It has just been renovated, hence it is impeccably clean, ready to accommodate events and guests. The walls are all painted in pristine white.
Furthermore, we offer various services within the space through our partners, including furniture rental and transportation.
The space is conveniently located near numerous art galleries, diverse boutiques, as well as some culinary establishments and offices.
The opening hours of the space are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (10 p.m. on weekends). Any additional requests such as cleaning, security service, or any other element of interest can be arranged through our partners.
A non-cashable security deposit check of 3000 euros is required for any event lasting less than one week. For any event lasting a week or more, a security deposit check or transfer of 3000 euros will be requested.
